Cancellation Policy
At StayinCulebra.com, operated by Paradise Island, LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for our guests with the operational needs of our hosts.
How to Cancel
To cancel a confirmed reservation, guests must log in to their account and select Dashboard > Your Bookings > Change or Cancel. Cancellations are only effective once completed through the website. As a courtesy, we ask guests to also notify their host directly.
Standard Cancellation Policy
For all properties hosted by Paradise Island, LLC, the following refund terms apply (excluding the non-refundable StayinCulebra.com Service Fee):
- 75% Refund — If canceled 10 days or more prior to arrival
- 50% Refund — If canceled 5 to 9 days prior to arrival
- No Refund — If canceled less than 5 days prior to arrival or after check-in
Important Notes
- The StayinCulebra.com Service Fee (administrative fee) is non-refundable.
- Guests who check out early will not be refunded for unused nights.
- Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted as required.
- Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances (see below).
Extenuating Circumstances
Full refunds may be granted if a reservation must be canceled due to:
- Changes to government travel requirements
- Government-imposed travel restrictions
- Declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Military actions, hostilities, or other serious security risks
- Natural disasters
Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
